Sleeping is necessary for every human being to recovery their body and to refresh their mind after doing the diary activates. The average sleep hours are around 8 hours while some body only need 5-6 hours to sleep. If you suffer sleeping difficulties, you will feel exhausting and you can’t concentre your mind on your work or study.

Insomnia affects a good percentage of the population. It usually refers to those who don’t get adequate sleep over the long-term.  It may be the inability to fall asleep, or it can be that you fall asleep, but waken and are unable to return to sleep.

Insomnia is a condition that can affect us all, and can have a multitude of causes, some of which are:

·         Work or study under pressure

·         Over stimulation, such as coffee or mental work

·         Exercise too long time

·         Medical condition or suffer illness

 

How to get rid of insomnia? Natural ways to get rid of insomnia are better than consuming sleeping pills.

  • Taking meditation exercise to calm down your brain mental activities
  • Doing some physical exercise in afternoon
  • Stop consuming stimulating beverages such as coffee, tea and coke especially in the afternoon or evening
  •  Drink a cup of warm milk before going to bed
  •   Avoid drink alcohol too much in the evening
  •  Avoid having big dinner within 2 hours before go to bed
  •   Keep your bedroom from noise and turn off the light when you sleep
